본 <위탁 판매 서비스 계약>(이하 본 ‘계약’이라 약칭)은 귀하(이하 ‘판매자’라 함)와 POIZON GLOBAL Limited 및 POIZON HOLDING PTE. LTD.(합칭 'POIZON App')가 함께 체결되었다.
This Consignment Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this "Agreement") is concluded by You (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and POIZON GLOBAL Limited together with POIZON HOLDING PTE. LTD. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "POIZON App").
귀하가 본 계약을 수락하기 전에 모든 조항 내용을 자세하게 읽으 십시오, 특히 면책 또는 책임 제한 조항, 법률 적용 및 분쟁 해결 조항등과 같이 굵은 글씨로 표시된 조항을 주의 깊게 읽으십시오.만약에 귀하는 ‘동의’버튼을 누르면 귀하는 본 협의의 모든 조항을 수락한 것으로 간주된다.만약에 귀하는 위탁 판매 서비스를 사용하는 것을 동의하지 않으면 귀하는 ‘동의하지 않음’버튼을 누를 수 있으시며 사용을 탈퇴하시면 된다. 만약에 귀하는 본 계약의 조항에 대해 의문이 있으시면 POIZON App 고객 서비스에 문의하시기를 바란다.
Before You accept this Agreement, please read all the clauses carefully, especially the clauses regarding exemption or limitation of liability, law application and dispute settlement marked in bold, and you need to focus on reading them. If You click the "Agree" button, it will be deemed that You accept all the terms of this Agreement. If You don't agree to use the Consignment service, You can click the "Disagree" button and quit using it. If You have any questions about the terms of this Agreement, please consult the customer service of POIZON App.
一、 위탁 판매 서비스 목적/ Purpose of Consignment Service
1、위탁 판매 서비스는 POIZON App에서 귀하에게 제공하는 원스톱 상품 보관 서비스이다. 판매자는 상품을 미리 POIZON App으로 부칠 수 있다, 검사 및 식별 후 플랫폼에서 판매된다.
Consignment service is a one-stop commodity storage service provided by POIZON App. The Seller may deliver the goods to the POIZON App’s warehouse in advance, and sell them on the platform after Product quality and authenticity verification.
2、위탁 판매 서비스는 더 빠른 자금 회전, 한시적 무료 창고 서비스, 배치 식별 검사 서비스 및 위탁 배송 서비스를 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다.
Consignment service aims to provide You with faster capital turnover, free storage service within a limited time, batch Product quality and authenticity verification service and delivery service.
二、 위탁 판매 서비스의 내용/ The content of Consignment Service
1、귀하는 개인 판매자 입점 절차를 완료하고 본 계약에 동의한 후 ‘판매’ 항목에 따라 위탁 서비스를 신청할 수 있다.
You can apply for consignment service under "SALE" button after completing the registration of individual seller and agreeing to this Agreement.
2、위탁 서비스에 참여할 수 있는 상품 정보에 따라 기존에 가지고 있는 해당 상품을 선택하여 참여할 수 있으며, 상품 정보를 제출하면 된다, 이중에 사이즈, 수량 등을 포함하지만 이에 국한되지 않는다. 시범 운영 기간 동안 보증금은 일시적으로 무료이다.
According to the product information that available for consignment service, you may choose the corresponding product and sell them. You need to submit the product information, including but not limited to the size, quantity, etc. During the trial operation period, the deposit is temporarily free of charge.
3、귀하는 선택하신 참여 상품의 품명, 모델명, 사이즈, 배색 및 수량 등이 착오가 없음을 확인하신 후, 페이지에 제시된 발송 시간에 맞추어 제때에 발송해 주시고, 페이지에서 요구하는 도착 시간에 맞춰 도착하도록 해주시기를 바란다.귀하는 시스템에서 제시한 배송 시간 내에 물류 송장 번호를 업로드해야 하며, 잘못 기입하거나 허위 배송으로 인한 소포 분실에 대한 책임은 귀하에게 있다.POIZON App은 귀하의 자녀 전표를 받지 않으니 주의하시기 바란다. 운송장 번호 및 기입장 번호가 일치하지 않을 경우 POIZON App은 모든 상품의 수령을 거부할 권리가 있다. 작성하신 운송장 번호는 24시간 이내에 접수 기록을 생성해야 한다. 일정 횟수 이상 초과 배송 또는 허위 배송이 누적된 경우 POIZON App은 판매자로서 귀하의 위탁 서비스 지원 자격을 종료할 권리가 있다.
After you confirm that the name, model, size, color and quantity of the selected participating goods are correct, please deliver the goods in time according to the delivery time indicated on the page, and ensure that the goods arrive according to the delivery time required on the page. You should upload the waybill number within the delivery time prompted by the system. If the package is lost due to wrong filling or false delivery, you shall bear the responsibility yourself. POIZON App doesn't accept the multi-piece shipment(MPS) sent by you, please pay attention. When the waybill number is inconsistent with the number you filled, POIZON App has the right to reject all goods. The waybill number you fill in shall generate a collection record within 24 hours. If you have accumulated a certain number of overtime deliveries or false deliveries, POIZON App has the right to close your registration qualification as a seller.
4、귀하는 상품 포장이 견고하고 습기에 강해야 하다, 다음과 같은 경우 POIZON App은 상품을 거부할 권리가 있다.
（1）택배 포장이 축축하거나 파손되거나 기타 외부 상자가 불량한 경우;
（2）한 운송장 번호가 아닌 상품;
（3）기타 POIZON App이 거절해야 한다고 생각하는 경우.
You shall ensure that the packaging of the goods is firm and moisture-proof, and POIZON App has the right to reject the goods in the following cases:
(1) The express package is wet, damaged or other cases that are not in good condition;
(2) A set of goods has more than one waybill number;
(3) Other situations that POIZON App thinks shall reject.
5、POIZON App은 상품을 받은 후 영업일 3일 이내에 검사 및 식별을 완료할 예정이며, 귀하는 판매 시 상품 검사 및 식별을 조회할 수 있다. 감별에 합격한 상품을 검사 및 식별하시면 입찰권을 받으실 수 있으며, '나의 판매' 페이지에서 확인하시고 입찰하실 수 있다. 귀하는 귀하의 마음 속에 원하는 가격 범위 내에서 입찰할 권리가 있다. 상품이 판매된 후 POIZON App은 구매자가 지불한 전액 대금을 기술 서비스 비용, 검사 비용, 감별 비용, 이체 수수료 등 시스템에 표시된 플랫폼 서비스 비용을 차감한 후 귀하의 미수금을 지불한다. 통과하지 못한 상품을 검사 및 감별하여 POIZON App은 일주일 내에 착불로 반품해 드릴 예정이다.
POIZON App is expected to complete the inspection and authentication process within three (3) working days after receiving the goods. You may check the result of inspection and authentication of the goods under “SALE” of the background system. You can get the right to bid by checking the goods that have passed the inspection and authentication. You can view and bid under the "My Sale" page. You have the right to bid within your psychological price range. After the goods are sold, POIZON App will transfer the receivables to you after deducting the service charges, such as technical service fees, inspection fees, authentication fees, transfer fees, and other service fees displayed by the system, from the full amount of payment paid by the buyer. . If the goods fail to pass the authentication, POIZON App is expected to return them to You in Cash on Delivery (COD) within one (1) week.
6、POIZON App은 귀하에게 한시적 35일의 창고에 무료로 보관할 수 있는 할인을 제공한다, 귀하께서 입찰권을 획득한 날부터 가능한 한 빨리 상품을 판매하는 것을 권장한다. 창고 보관하는 무료 기간이 만료된 후 상품이 판매되지 않을 경우 POIZON App은 귀하에게 위탁 상품을 착불로 반품할 권리가 있다.
7、만약 당신에게 빚이 있다면, POIZON App은 귀하의 모든 결제해야 하는 금액에서 공제할 권리가 있다.
If you owe money, POIZON App has the right to deduct it from any of your accounts payable.
三、 위탁 판매 비용 기준/Charging Standards for Consignment Service
위탁 서비스 선택 시 POIZON APP에 해당 서비스 비용을 지불하셔야 하며, 구체적인 비용의 종류 및 금액은 POIZON APP 플랫폼의 번개같이 빠른 직발 서비스 페이지, 판매자 규칙 페이지 또는 기타 페이지에 제시되는 것으로 기준을 한다.
Service fees will be assessed when you choose consignment service. The specific charging categories and standards shall be subject to those displayed on Speedy Direct Delivery Service page, seller rule page or other page on the POIZON Platform.
四、 계약 구성 및 계약 종료/Composition and Termination of the Agreement
1、이 계약은 이전에 서명한 <POIZON App 플랫폼 판매자 참고 사항>과 완전한 전체를 구성하며 <POIZON App 플랫폼 판매자 참고 사항>의 유효구성 부분이다. 본 계약서에 기재되지 않은 내용은 <POIZON App 플랫폼 판매자 참고 사항>의 약속으로 기준을 한다.
This Agreement constitutes a complete whole with the Instructions for Sellers on the POIZON Platform signed by you before, and is an effective part of the Instructions for Sellers on the POIZON Platform. Matters not covered in this agreement shall be subject to the stipulations in the Instructions for Sellers on the POIZON Platform.
2、귀하는 이해해야 하는 부분은 귀하는 본 계약에 따라 POIZON App이 제공하는 서비스를 이용해야 하며, 귀하가 <POIZON App 플랫폼 판매자 참고 사항>, 본 계약, POIZON App의 각종 규칙 및 기타 법률 및 규정을 위반하는 경우 POIZON App은 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 중단하고, 입찰 가격을 제한하고, 거래 주문을 종료하고, 참여 자격을 취소하고 번호를 봉인하고, 판매 금지 및 자금 동결을 위한 조치를 취하거나 계약을 종료하고 추가 법적 조치를 취할 권리가 있음을 유지해야 한다.
You shall understand that You shall use the Services provided by POIZON App in accordance with this Agreement. If You violate the Instructions for Sellers on the POIZON Platform, this Agreement, various rules of POIZON App and other laws and regulations, POIZON App has the right to suspend part or all of the services, limit the bid, close the trading order, cancel the participation qualification, block POIZON account, ban sale and freeze funds, or terminate the agreement and reserve the right to take further legal measures.
五、 관할 법률, 분쟁 해결 및 기타/Governing law, Dispute Resolution and Miscellaneous
1、본 협의는 싱가포르 법률의 관할을 받아여 이에 근거하여 해석하며 모든 충돌 법규의 적용을 배제한다. 이 계약의 체결 또는 이행으로 인해 발생하는 모든 분쟁은 쌍방 당사자가 먼저 협의하고 해결해야 한다. 협의가 실패하면 쌍방은 싱가포르 국제 중재 센터에 제출하여 유효한 중재 규칙에 따라 중재에 의해 해결하기로 합의한다; 중재 위치는 싱가포르이고 중재 언어는 영어이다. 최종 중재 결재는 쌍방에게 최종 법률 구속력을 가지고 있다.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, excluding the application of all conflict of laws rules. All disputes arising from the conclusion or execution of this Agreement shall be settled by both Parties through negotiation. If negotiation fails, both Parties agree to submit it to Singapore International Arbitration Center for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules in effect at that time. The place of arbitration is Singapore, and the arbitration language is English. The final arbitration award is legally binding on both parties.
2、이 계약은 다국어 버전으로 구성되어 있다, 만약에 불일치가 발생하는 경우 영어 버전으로 기준을 한다.
If this Agreement consists of multiple language versions, in the event of inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail.
