POIZON Coupon Bundle Terms And Conditions

To help you score great deals on products through POIZON (in either case, the "Platform", “we”, “us”, “our”) operated by the legal entity specified under the POIZON Terms of Use, we offer the Coupon Bundle for you, which is a paid added-value benefit and include three(3) shopping discount coupons ("Coupons") in every pack. This POIZON Coupon Bundle Terms And Conditions (these “Terms”) govern your eligibility for and use of the Coupon Pcak and Coupons. Please read them carefully. By accepting or using a Coupon Bundle or Coupons, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not accept or use a Coupon Bundle or Coupons. The aforesaid acceptance and use are also subject to the POIZON Terms of Use.
To the maximum extent not prohibited by applicable law, we may, where reasonably necessary for a legitimate reason, amend or cancel any or all Coupon Bundles and Coupons availability at any time in our sole discretion, and/or update, amend, or replace these Terms.

1. How can you get a Coupon Bundle and Coupons?
1.1 The version of the Platform may differ for factors such as the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform and the device you use. The services including the Coupon Bundle of the Platform, in full or in part, may not be available in all jurisdictions, for all devices, or in all languages. You should obtain, download, and install the appropriate version of the Platform according to the actual device conditions of your jurisdiction.

1.2 Unless otherwise expressly stated, to be fully eligible for buying the Coupon Bundle and using the Coupons,

1) you must be an eligible buyer defined under POIZON Terms of Use, which means the you must have a billing address and shipping address within the United States;

2) you must have valid user account(s) on the Platform;

3) you must be able to lawfully accept and use the Coupon Bundle and Coupons and the product purchase and promotion in her/his territory of residence; and

4) you must be of the minimum age (or above) necessary for her/him to be able to use the Coupon Bundle and Coupons in her/his territory of residence.

1.3 Within thirty (30) calendar days, through the same user account, you can only purchase a maximum of three(3) Coupon Bundles.

1.4 The Coupon Bundle can only be purchased together with the products on the Platform, rather than being purchased separately.

1.5 Through the same user account, you cannot purchase another Coupon Bundle before all coupons included in a purchased Coupon Bundle have been used.

2. Use, Expiration Date, and Use Restrictions
2.1 The Coupon Bundle and Coupons are automatically valid upon successful purchase and expire after ninety (90) calendar days.
2.2 After expiration, unused Coupon Bundles and Coupons will automatically expire and will not be replaced.
2.3 After the Coupon Bundle takes effect, Coupons included therein will be automatically issued to the corresponding user account.
2.4 Within the validity period, you can view the corresponding coupon information through “My Account > Coupons” on the Platform.
2.5 Coupons included in the Coupon Bundle,
1) can only be used in conjunction with the purchase of products on the Platform with only one coupon being used per order;
2) cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts per purchase order;
3) are for one-time use;
4) shall be used under the usage instructions, conditions, or eligibility requirements, including any applicable maximum savings and minimum spending thresholds, for example:
* Where a Coupon is offered "Over $100", then the Coupon only applies if you spend $100 or more on the relevant product purchase order; and
* Where a Coupon is described as "Save up to $30", the maximum discount available with a purchase using that Coupon would be $30.
5) are not applicable for credits, taxes, or fees;

6) cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or equivalent; and

7) cannot be transferred or sold to any other person or entity.

2.6 Coupons included in the Coupon Bundle may have other applicable conditions which will be indicated and specified on the purchase detail page.

2.7 A Coupon Bundle and Coupons cannot be used and is void where: 1) it is not obtained from us; 2) any part of the Coupon Bundle and Coupons is transferred, resold, counterfeited, altered, defective, tampered with, or irregular in any way; 3) it is obtained through theft, fraud, deception, or unlawful means; or 4) other restrictions, or these Terms, render it unusable or invalid.

2.8 The Coupon Bundle and Coupons will be void where prohibited by applicable laws.

2.9 The Platform has no obligation for payment of any tax in conjunction with the distribution or use of any Coupon Bundle and Coupons. You shall be required to pay any applicable sales tax related to the purchase and use of the Coupon Bundle and Coupons.

2.10 If you are found to engage in violations (including but not limited to cheating, cashing out, brushing orders/sales, fraudulent transactions, money laundering, cyber-attacks, or actions that harm other users, the Platform, or any third-party legitimate rights) or are found to engage in prohibited behaviors under these Terms, the Platform has the right to revoke your qualification for the Coupon Bundle and Coupons, cancel benefits, block and shot down related orders using the benefits, and suspend and restrict services on the Platform (including but without limitation other kinds of promotions on the Platform).

2.11 Any matters not explicitly addressed in these Terms shall be governed by the POIZON Terms of Use and any additional terms or prompts provided on the Coupon Bundle detail page on the Platform, if applicable.

3. Order Cancellation and Refund
3.1 Unless otherwise expressly stipulated by applicable laws, the Coupon Bundle and Coupons can not be refunded separately from the product purchase order.
3.2 When the product purchase order that the purchased Coupon Bundle is associated with (this "Product Order") is successfully canceled or returned for a refund,
1) If none of the Coupons in the Coupon Bundle have been used, the Coupon Bundle will be automatically refunded in conjunction with this Product Order, and the Coupon Bundle and Coupons will be invalid.
2) If you have used any of the Coupons in this Product Order, but have not used the other two coupons included in the Coupon Bundle, the Coupon Bundle will be automatically refunded in conjunction with this Product Order, and the entire Coupon Bundle and all Coupons in it will be invalid.
3) If you have already used part or all of the other two coupons in the Coupon Bundle on other product purchase orders, the Coupon Bundle is non-refundable. The Coupon used on this Product Order will be automatically recovered to your user account, and you can continue to use the valid Coupon(s) on other product purchase orders.
Except as set out in this section or as otherwise required by applicable law, the Coupon Bundle is non-refundable
